Becoming.

Online Therapy in California for Women

An 8-Week Experiential Group Therapy Circle for Women Who Want to Transform the Way They Show Up in Love

FALL COHORT

Tuesdays, September 15 – November 3
6:30–8:00 PM (Pacific)
Online throughout California
Limited to 8 women

Each week, we gather in a small circle of women to explore the patterns that shape our relationships, reconnect with the wisdom of our bodies, and gently uncover the person we've always been beneath fear, perfectionism, and self-protection.

Through shared experience, reflection, and community, we practice coming home to ourselves—one gathering at a time.

The relationship you long for begins with the relationship you have with yourself.

It's easy to believe that everything would improve if your partner would finally communicate differently, open up emotionally, take more responsibility, listen, understand you, or show up in the ways you've been longing for.

Sometimes those things absolutely matter, but there is a powerful question you may be missing that carries even more power.

Who am I becoming inside this relationship?

Regardless of what your partner chooses, you still get to decide how you show up.

How you love, how you communicate, how you repair.

How you regulate your nervous system, how you care for yourself.

This circle isn't about learning how to change your partner.

It's about becoming someone who feels grounded, connected, emotionally available, and deeply alive.

Ironically, that's often where relationships begin to change. It starts with you

Healthy relationships begin with healthy inner relationships.

Just like many women before you, you learned to abandon yourself long before entering your romantic relationship.

You silence your needs, over-function, become anxious, withdraw, criticize, pursue, shut down.

Not because you’re broken, but because these strategies protected you.

They provided the protection you needed for a very long time.

But over time, the very patterns that once kept you safe often become the ones that keep you disconnected—from yourself and from the people you love.

Together we'll gently explore the protective parts that show up in your relationships and begin practicing new ways of responding that create more connection instead of more distance.

This isn't couples therapy.

It isn't a place to complain about your partner.

It isn't another class where you'll leave with more information but no real change.

It's a place to become deeply curious about yourself.

Transformation doesn’t happen because you learn more.

Most of the women who find their way to my practice have already read the books, listened to the podcasts, and spent years trying to understand themselves.

They don't need more information.

They need a different experience of themselves.

Becoming was created to offer exactly that.

This circle is a place to slow down.

To notice what happens inside your body.

To become curious about your protective patterns rather than judging them.

To experience what it feels like to remain connected to yourself, even in moments that once pulled you into anxiety, conflict, withdrawal, or self-abandonment.

You’ve done enough thinking. It’s time to safely feel and move toward becoming who you were always meant to be.

How we gather.

Each gathering follows a gentle rhythm that allows you to move beyond insight into lived experience.

Arrive.

We begin by settling our nervous systems, arriving in the present moment, and setting an intention for our time together.

Learn.

Each teaching explores a core theme related to attachment, nervous system regulation, protective parts, boundaries, communication, or emotional intimacy.

Journey Inward.

Through guided experiential practices—including mindfulness, somatic awareness, visualization, reflective writing, meditation, music, and Brainspotting-informed resourcing—you'll be invited to an internal exploration.

Witness.

You'll have the opportunity to share your experience, if you choose, and to be witnessed by other women who are walking a similar path.

Healing happens in community where we can be held and shown safety.

Integrate.

Every gathering ends with reflection and practical ways to bring what you've discovered into your everyday life and relationships.

The Rhythm of the Circle.

Healing doesn't happen through information alone.

It happens through experience, reflection, and integration.

That's why Becoming follows a unique rhythm.

  • Week 1. Explore.

    Learn, experience, and connect inward.

A deep exploration around a protective part of you, a truth you haven’t yet discovered, or a new way to see something.

A single white daisy flower with a yellow center on a black background.
  • Week 2. Embody.

Notice what's shifted, share your experience, and deepen the practice.

This week is about taking the learning, trying it on, and coming back to share, refine, and continue integrating.

These sessions will follow the same arc as the dosing sessions I provide to my Ketamine Assisted Therapy clients - except there will be no medicine.

You are the medicine!

And you can create meaningful and powerful shifts when you have the time, space, and support to move through something. These are things we’re not typically afforded with the demands of work, children, and other duties we all take on.

You’ll set an intention, have an internal exploration where new ways of seeing yourself come up, and then gently return. While there will be no medicine for these journeys, they are just as impactful.

Week one will introduce you to a concept, a part of yourself, a trigger, or something entirely new for you to try on and allow you an opportunity to experience it through either a meditation, a brainspotting or somatic-informed practice, or meditative journaling. These sessions are guided and supported.

Week 2 will be about what’s shifted (or not) as a result of the previous week’s experience. You’ll have an opportunity to share (or not), hear from others experiences, and deepen the learning.

We will alternate using this rhythm for 8 weeks.

Each Gathering Includes:

  • A green ceramic mug on a wooden table in front of a silver laptop computer displaying a video conference with multiple participants, with a blurred background.

    Trauma-informed teaching

  • A person wearing a white long sleeve shirt and a silver watch is holding a clear quartz crystal in their hand. The surface in front of them has various objects including a lit candle, a string of wooden prayer beads, a framed picture with a lotus flower and moon, some papers with handwritten text, a small object with a branch and rocks on top, and a menu or booklet. The scene is on a wooden surface with a wood-paneled wall background.

    Guided experiential practices

  • A person sitting in a meditative pose with crossed legs and hands on knees, illuminated by low lighting focused on the face and upper body, against a dark background.

    Nervous system regulation

  • Person writing in a notebook with a pen, on a dark table, with a red book nearby and a windowsill with plants in the background.

    Reflective journaling

What Often Begins to Shift:

Every woman's experience will be different.

There are no guarantees, no perfect outcomes, and no single timeline for healing.

But after years of sitting with women in healing circles, therapy, relationship intensives, and experiential healing work, I've noticed that something beautiful often begins to unfold.

Women start saying things like:

"I trust myself more."

"I understand why I react the way I do, and I have more choice in how I respond."

"I'm able to stay with difficult emotions instead of trying to fix them or escape them."

"I'm learning how to care for the people I love without abandoning myself."

These are the natural result of slowing down, becoming more curious about ourselves, and practicing new ways of relating to our thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

Healing isn't about becoming someone new.

Beneath those protective patterns is the person you've always been.

Curious.

Compassionate.

Connected.

Whole.

My hope is that Becoming offers you the time, space, and community to rediscover her.

Community-Supported Tuition

Healing has always happened in community.

One of the beautiful things about gathering together is that we each have something unique to offer. Some of us have the ability to contribute financially in a way that helps make this experience accessible to others. Some of us are in a season where receiving that support allows us to say "yes" to our own healing.

Rather than offering one fixed price, Becoming uses a community-supported tuition model. I trust you to choose the tuition level that best reflects your current financial capacity.

Whatever level you choose, you'll receive the same experience, care, and belonging within the circle.

Tuition

$1,500

Supporting Tuition

For women with financial flexibility who would like to help make this experience more accessible for others.

$1,250

Sustaining Tuition

The standard tuition that reflects the true cost of offering the program.

$900

Supported Tuition

For women who would genuinely benefit from financial assistance. A limited number of Supported spaces are available in each cohort.

Tuition may be paid in full prior to the start of the circle or divided into eight equal weekly payments to help make participation more financially manageable.

Because Becoming is a closed healing circle, your tuition reserves your place for the entire eight-week journey rather than for individual gatherings. Full tuition is required regardless of attendance, and refunds or credits are not available for missed sessions.

While I understand that unexpected situations may occasionally arise, I encourage participants to attend all eight gatherings whenever possible. Consistent attendance supports not only your own growth and integration, but also the trust, safety, and continuity of the group as a whole. Your presence matters—not only for your own healing, but for the women walking alongside you.

Why This Model?

I believe healing should be both sustainable and accessible.

If I underprice my work, I won't be able to continue offering these circles. If I price them beyond the reach of many women, the community becomes less diverse and less representative of the world we live in.

This model allows us to care for both.

When those who have the ability to contribute a little more choose to do so, they help create opportunities for another woman to begin her own healing journey.

Healthy relationships are built on reciprocity.

Sometimes we are the ones offering support.

Sometimes we are the ones receiving it.

Most of us experience both throughout our lives.

My hope is that this community-supported model reflects that truth. By choosing the tuition that honestly fits your current season of life, you help create a circle rooted in generosity, integrity, and mutual care before we even gather for our first session.

Is Becoming Right for You?

This circle may be a good fit if you:

  • Long for healthier, more connected relationships.

  • Recognize that lasting change begins within.

  • Are curious about your own patterns and are willing to explore them with compassion.

  • Value experiential learning over simply gathering more information.

  • Can commit to attending all eight gatherings and contributing to a safe, supportive community.

Becoming is not couples therapy, crisis treatment, or a substitute for individual psychotherapy. It is an experiential, psychoeducational healing circle designed to support personal growth through guided practices, reflection, and community.

I'd Love to Welcome You

If something in these words feels familiar...

If you've been waiting for permission to choose yourself...

If you're ready to stop trying to become someone else and begin returning to yourself...

I'd love to welcome you into Becoming.

Because the relationship you have with yourself shapes every relationship you create.

You don't have to have it all figured out before you begin.

You simply have to be willing to become curious.

I'll meet you there.
